My story
Life is a journey of discovery, that is how I experience the world around me, the people I encounter, and my own inner worlds. I am fascinated by how body, mind, and spirit can unfold and transform through the creation of art and the practice of working with energy. My professional life, my relationships, and my experience of motherhood are all woven into this process. Where do I adapt to others? Where do I long to break free? What is being awakened within me, and can I explore this while remaining peacefully present in my own body? Through an investigative, physical approach, I delve into this interplay. It is precisely at the intersections where boundaries meet that a "borderland" emerges, a space where action becomes necessary. These are moments of choice, in which something is revealed through the body. I am drawn to physical and sensory forms. By using the body as a starting point, my own being becomes tangible, allowing me to ground myself more firmly in the here and now. At the same time, stillness and surrender serve as responses to whatever arises. This involves immersing myself in heaviness to let go of the need for control, constricting in order to liberate; as I explored in my M2 project. This journey of discovery has led me ever deeper inward. The universe’s answer to my question, "What must I do to be happy?", was simple, yet challenging: just be. Be fully present. Sit with the restlessness and pain that arise, rather than constantly searching for something outside of myself. My body has increasingly become a site for exploration, connection, and transformation. Through energetic bodywork, shamanism, and meditation, an innate capacity for self-healing has awakened within me.

My hands play a vital role in this; they move instinctively, as if they know exactly where tension and pain have become stored within the body. As a result, the nature of my work has also shifted. Whereas I previously focused primarily on responding to the outside world—concerned with adapting and fitting in, I now focus more on intuitively discovering my inner world and bringing it to the surface. I perceive myself as a medium for what flows through me. By engaging my body, my personal space, and the elements around me, I seek to set something in motion. I aim to undergo transformation in order to forge new connections: with my own body, with others, with the earth, and with the greater whole.
And I hope to bring others along on this journey.
